Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns for damaged and unused products within 30 days of the shipping date. Please note, due to hygiene concerns, certain items cannot be returned once opened. These include:

  • Opened skincare, cosmetics, and makeup products
  • Used beauty tools
  • Fashion accessories that have been worn or show signs of wear

All returns must be sent to our facility in Los Angeles. To start a return, contact our customer service team with your order number and return reason.

Exchanges

Exchanges can only be processed before the order is shipped. If you wish to exchange an item, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Once shipped, exchanges are no longer possible.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened cosmetics and makeup products
  • Used beauty tools
  • Fashion accessories that have been worn or show signs of wear
  • Items marked as final sale

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Damaged, Defective, or Lost Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product or if your order is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We may request photo evidence of the damage to prevent fraudulent claims. Once confirmed, we’ll provide return instructions and cover all return shipping costs.

Product Condition and Refund Adjustments

If a returned product shows signs of use or is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to adjust the refund amount to reflect its diminished value.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email our customer service team at laherbeauty@gmail.com with your order number and details.
  2. Our team will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and provide instructions.
  3. Include the RAN in the return package.
  4. Send the package to our facility in Los Angeles as directed.

Refund Processing Time

Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is complete.
